City of Literature announcement at Iowa City Book Festival on July 18
Christopher Merrill, president of the UNESCO City of Literature Board of Directors in Iowa City, will introduce the community to the organization created to carry out the City of Literature mission when he speaks Saturday, July 18 at the first Iowa City Book Festival. He will speak at 2:30 p.m. at the festival in Shambaugh Auditorium in the University of Iowa Main Library.
